Is this herpes or just a bump??? Help!

I have a single red bump on my vagina and it's hard to the touch. It has little pain and won't come to a head. I've never really had "sex" before but I have gotten oral. I am a girl. It just appeared out of nowhere it's in the outter lips of my vaginal area. Is this a boil or herpes?!

The good news is if you've never had sex. . .  herpes or std's aren't a risk.  Yay!  Cross that off the list.  You could have an ingrown hair or an infected hair follicle, boil, cyst, etc.  Try to keep your hands off it because if it is not infected, touching it a lot could lead to infection.  I'd consider getting it looked at if it doesn't go away in a few days.  good luck hon
