whats wrong with me

i feel like crap every day and i cant figure out why. i am always tired and in pain. i 25 years old. i have been diagnosed with bone spurs in my feet and plantar fasciitis. but now my whole body aches as well. i sweat alot at night, soaking my shirt, pillow, and sheets. it is hard to wake up in the morning, i yawn continuously for a few hours. my whole body aches and i always have goosebumps in the morining, and my skin feels irritated. it feels like i have the flu or something. all blood tests i have had so far have come up normal. i also had my thyroid tested which was normal. the doctor doesnt know what is wrong either. does anyone know what this might be.

The sweating also suggests a hormone issue, so get your hormone levels checked.  And also get your iron checked, the tiredness sounds a lot like anemia.

It sounds like you may be suffering from fibromyalgia.  You should talk to your doctor.  There are 18 trigger points they will check for pain and they will ask you questions.  It sounds just like how I felt when I was diagnosed.  There is medication to manage the pain.  Once the pain is managed then the tired feeling goes away.  Good luck.
