My fiance told me she was very itchy down there with burning by the enterance to her vagina. This has never happened before. So had me look at it, and it is also red and maybe a little swolen. and she is having think white discharge. she says the discharge kinda looks like wet, mushy paper. please help. i told her we should just go to the doctors but she is uncomfortable with any one down there besides me so we thought we would see what you guys said first. Thanks for the help.

Sounds exactly like a yeast infection - Definitely go to the doctor to know for sure...

Yes, I agree.  Yeast infection.  She can either go to the doc (preferrred to get exact diagnosis) or she can go to the store and buy a yeast infection treatment kit (Monistat).
