Itchy Vagina!

Hi,

I hope someone can help. For the last couple of days the opening of my vagina has been sort of sensitive and itchy. Also I feel like I constantly need to go to urinate and when I do I hardly wee. I thought possibly this may be thrush since I am more prone to it being on the pill. I am sexually active but I lost my virginity to my partner and haven't been with anyone else and he is also the same. At the moment I am applying Thrush cream. Anyone any ideas what this could be? Cystitis? Thrush?
Thanks x

Hi, I get thrush a lot. I have found thrush can cause the irritation with peeing as well. I would go see your do. Or if u can't get there for a few days buy a thrush pessary. If it's not thrush the pessary won't do any harm, if it is then it should help. I sometimes need 2 or 3 of the pessary a to clear my thrush!  Good luck I know how uncomfortable it can be.

I've been dealing with my vagina itching for the last 2-3 years. Sometime it drives me crazy-well most of the time. I've been reading a bit on this site and found a lot of women have the same issue. I'm not alone...any help or ideas for me???
