Itchy bumps?

So I've never posted before, I'm 17. I have small white bumps on my labia around my vagina, they're very itchy and painful to touch. I've tried googling but nothing is helpful, I know it's not an STI because I've never had sex. Has anyone experienced this before or have any idea what it could be?

Did you successfully figure out the cause? I myself have dealt with this same thing twice before, it lasts a few days then clears up on its own. I'm now currently dealing with it again and am not positive to the reasoning. I have a very stressful job and suffer from insomnia and wonder if those things make a difference?

best to go to a gynecologist to be sure.
It could be a number of  things- irritation in the vagina is common, as it require a level ph to feel normal- soaps, stress, hormones can greatly effect this balance.
You probably are just having a reaction, or thrush or something- try not to touch, maybe use cortisone cream if it in unbearable, but book an appointment with a doctor asap just to be sure as some std can be caught without sex (rare but possible!)
