Fissure Tear? Vagina Tear?

Hello so about saturday I guess I wiped way to hard after peeing. Either that or I scratched myself down there. I have one or two scars. Im thinking two because at times it feels like its right under my clitoris before my urethra and other times it feels like its right before my vaginal opening. I did not want to play around with it to verify because it hurts for one and for two im trying to not infect it at all. I know its not around my anas because no pain when I have a bowel movement. Only time it stings is if I spread my legs far apart when I pee and sitting in a certain position. Its not noticeable when I sleep.

Info:
19
Female
Virgin (orally and sexually)
Use Cetaphil soup for vagina (not my opening some people forget tat the word vagina is meant for your whole lady part)
Dove Sensitive for the rest of my body
Vitamins- One aday Petite Multis
Vita-Hair Nail & skins

After I pee to keep it clean ill wipe myself gently and I use a squeeze bottle with warm water and the pat dry. Im sure some people would say make an docs appointment but the problem is I do not want to pay a copay atm unless its unbearable which it is not. Any suggestions:

I thought the pain was near my vaginal opening due to the discomfort when peeing and sitting. There is actually a small tear no bigger then the tip of a q tip (clean ears with). Its right under my Labia Minora and has stopped hurting and is healing with the help of keeping it clean and applying coconut oil. I will indeed be making an appointment for the following week.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be a fissure or fistula. Fistula is an abnormal connection between two epithelium-lined organs that normally do not connect. It presents as an open hole or a cut near the vagina on examination and the patient has the symptoms of external opening, bleeding, swelling or pain. My sincere advice would be to consult a surgeon/ gynecologist and getting yourself evaluated for any fistula or fissure.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
