I’m so sick of feeling like this i can’t even function properly

I missed my period for the month of January and ever since I’ve been feeling way off. I don’t feel like myself at all. Lately I’ve been so fatigued that I can barely get up to make something to eat. I just had no energy to do it so I ordered something. I also broke down and cried twice today because I just feel so frustrated right now. I’ve been bloated and constipated and craving certain things. I haven’t been drinking much water because I’m just not thirsty and the thought of drinking water just turns me off. I feel super nauseous in the mornings and some nights. I can only guess that I may be pregnant. I also have slight cramping on the lower left side of my pelvis. All of these symptoms are super annoying and I never felt this horrible with my first child. I have a whole week until my doc appt and not sure I can even wait that long. Any ideas? Pregnant? Something else? And when I say fatigue I’m not sleepy I don’t wanna take naps I’m just extremely tired can barely move out the bed and has no Energy at all everything I do has to be forced

Whether or not pregnant, it sounds like you have anemia. It can be so debilitating that it is hard even to walk across the room without taking a rest. Take some daily iron along with a fiber gummy each time, so you don't get blocked up by the iron.

Is there something you recommend for iron. I take a daily gummy multi vitamin and also would anemia cause you to miss your period
I didn't say that you had anemia instead of the possibility of being pregnant, I said it sounds like you have anemia whether you are pregnant or not. It's not uncommon to have anemia during pregnancy, and you don't want that.

Any iron from the drugstore is good, try to get something that will dissolve easily (for example, if you find it in capsule form that is great). But take any kind. The main thing is, take it in the top recommended dose, you really do sound anemic. You need that iron!

The gummy I was recommending is a fiber gummy, it has only fiber not vitamins, to encourage you not to get constipated from the iron. You could also take the iron with one teaspoonful of olive oil, if you can stand to take olive oil by itself. It makes for great poops, no strain no pain.
I was actually pregnant with triplets thanks
