Negative for all STDs and infection but still have discharge

So here's what's been going on:

About 3 months ago I tested positive for chylmedia (sp?) and my boyfriend and I both received antibiotics to treat it and when I went in for a test of cure it came back negative so my doctor told me I was good to go! I know my boyfriend is 100% faithful so please don't assume he isn't.

Well I was still having greenish/yellow discharge so I went back to be tested for everything else (I'm terrified of hurting my fertility, I'm only 21). My doctor tested me for all STDs including gonnhrea (sp? Sorry) herpes, HIV, trich, bv, syphillis, etc. all came back negative. So my doctor prescribed me an antibiotic for a yeast infection and told me to eat lots of yogurt.

Well I'm still having the greenish/yellow discharge and I don't know what to think. I'm not itchy, no odor, no other symptoms and I don't know why I'm still having this discharge. I've tested negative for all infections in the book so I'm seeing if anyone else has had this problem and what the outcome was! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!

Oh and I rescheduled an apt to go back to my doctor to talk to her again about all of this on Monday (it's currently Friday)

Thanks again!!
