Late period and unusual discharge

Okay, so I'm 18 and sexually active and I had protected sex about 3 weeks ago. It was kind of the rough kind of sex, so I don't know if that's a factor to put in, but I'm about 3 days late on my period, and when I stuck my finger up my vagina to check, all I got was brown bits and flesh looking pieces. I have no pains at all. I'm not worrying too much yet, because last time I was late it was because I was stressed and thinking I was pregnant when I had no reason to think I was. I also PMSd pretty normally a week prior to this, so I'm not sure as to why I'm not bleeding. I don't know what to think of this discharge because I have not had it before. Could it be that I'm pregnant or blocked up with skin tissue? Can someone help me, and soon?

I had protected sex ma'am, and we always check the condoms before and after. And in this cause, he didn't actually get to ejaculate during sex. I know precum is a factor, but I double checked the condoms and they were fine.
