Let Down Reflex-Not Breastfeeding

I'm wondering if I could be pregnant.  I keep having a let down feeling and tingling in my breast and nipples.  I have a child and I breast fed so I am familiar with this feeling but is it a tell tale sign of pregnancy?  Any advise would be nice.  Thank You

I have been having the "let down reflex" feeling along with a sensation of fulness and even heaviness in both my breasts, my youngest child is 4 and I last breast fed 3 1/2 yrs ago, and that was only for 6 months.  I'm kind of worried, because I've been having this feeling on and off for almost 3 yrs.  I've been wanting to ask my Dr. about it, but I'm not sure how to describe it to him.

No one has posted back to say if the breast let-down feeling was in fact a sign of pregnancy for them. I have BF both my babies (oldest 3 1/2, youngest 1 1/2) and this let-down feeling was true with my second pregnancy. I chalked it up to having stopped BFing my oldest only a few months before I got pg again. This time it's been awhile since I've BF and have not had any surging like I've been having the last few days. I'm about a week away from knowing if I'm PG again but I do believe this could be an early sign of PG for some women.

I am 44 and have not nursed in 6 years. I recently have been having the "let down" feeling in my right breast. Is it a hormone thing? There is absolutely NO way I can be pregnant and this is completely irritating!

hi,   I am 42 years old and breastfed all my children, but my youngest is 9 years old.  I have always occ. felt a letdown sensation, but lately feel it almost daily, and a fullness in my breasts that reminds me of the feeling of needing to go find my baby so I can nurse. Has this happened to anyone else, and do you know the cause?
