Libido

So... I am 32 year old female, who enjoys an orgasm, but it seems lately I would rather do it myself then with a partner. I have no libido or want to take the hour or so etc.

I am not sure what I can do about it.... Or what kind of things can increase my want to be with another person (male or female). I am on Zoloft which I heard can decrease the libido but I still enjoy masterbating (even though I don't do it nearly as frequently as I used to).

I am just kinda out or ideas. :(

Just wanted to follow up and see how things were going for you now, did your doctor give you any new information?

Hello,

I am not on zoloft but I know that my pvc and pacs have brought my libido down to a very minimum. I am to scared to do anything.  I was givin xanax which I only take at night because it knocks me out and I dont take it every night.  I think the fact that I am stressing all the time about these damn missed beats is not helping at all.  My poor Husband thinks I am nuts.   I used to be very very active not so much anymore.

One of the side effects on Zoloft is a decrease in limbido which is exactly what you noted.  I would discuss this with your doctor that prescribed this for you and see if there is an alternative.  Keep us posted on what works for you.
