Sasha, I was on the patch for about six months. I had weight gain, mood swings, and zero libido the entire six months I was on it. I have been off since January 14th and my libido is right back where it left off! Give it time, maybe the hormones in the patch disrupted your hormone levels.

I don't have any experience with the patch, so I can't help you in that department.  Maybe someone else here can answer that question for you.

Well i'm not on any medication right now. I stopped my otho evra patches a few months ago and nothings changed in the libido dept. On that note how long after going off bc does your body get back to normal cuz i've been having weird symptoms since i went off them.

Are you taking any medications?  Are you depressed, stressed or fatigued?  Your body responds to many things in different ways.  Also, women definitely have hormonal surges.

Go have some blood test done. Your hormones maybe off. I had that happen i had high prolactin levels which caused me to not be intrested in sex and not ovulate. Good luck!
