I dont know what is going on!

Hi! I have was dx with a benign breast tumor a couple of years ago. About a year ago it came back, but didn't cause any pain. I ignored it. I also have a sore on my scalp that will not heal...tried everything! For the last six months, I have been "going down hill" so to speak. It is all I can do to make it through the day.  I have no energy! I am completely exhausted. I stay cold all. the. time. Discomfort started out with my lower back and legs along with aching. I wondered if it was just a virus or something like that, but I am not sure.  The last month I started experencing night sweats...to the extreme. I  wake up freezing and drenched. Yesterday I experenced a DEEP pain in between my shoulder and elbow on my left arm...while pulling tugging on my jeans.  I have also noticed my left rib at the bottom sticks out a lot more than my right side. I called and set up an apointment, but it is a month away. Just wondering if you have any advice between now and then. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for responding. Your advice really helped me.  My thyroid is always "borderline", so that may be the issue. Thank you again for taking the time to respond! Take care!

Well you don't sound healthy.  You need labs.

You may have trouble with your thyroid or maybe anemia of some sort.  You may have vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Make a list of what's going o, such as if there are changes to your bowel movements, skin problems, hair problems, nails, brain fog, whatever is going on.

For me, I wanted to cure the skin problems and other external issues and then figure out what else was going on, but it turned out all the skin problems and low energy were from Celiac disease causing vitamin and mineral deficiencies.  I was iron deficient and vitamin D deficient.  I felt terrible.  Addressing all my digestive problems helped clear up my skin and energy issues and brain fog.  So I'm just saying, sometimes we want to take care of certain issues and put off the ones that embarrass us that we don't want to talk about, and that's a mistake.
