I am irregular to my periods, in Jan it was 18th and i had sex at Feb 15 then didn't have any period, at 24 I have spots 25 red bleeding and 26 again brown spots i had blood red some bleeding, Can i be pregnant?
Thanks for your valuable response Doctor, Even if that was an implantation bleeding and was on 25th Feb, last period was at 17th Jan and still tests are negative, So test should be positive at this time or I can e pregnant and should wait till next March 25th to check whether I get My periods or not?

This spotting can be due to implantation bleeding if there is a history of any unprotected intercourse. If you are apprehensive regarding the status of your pregnancy you can get it checked. Most home pregnancy tests that check urine beta-HCG are sensitive to 20-25 mIU/ml of HCG. The test can be positive anywhere from about 2-3 days prior to a missed menses to 4-5 days after, but usually it should be done 7-10 days past your missed period.
Otherwise you can get a serum HCG also done which is more specific than urine pregnancy test.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
