Constant urination without smell, itching, pain and stomache. What could this be?

Hello everyone. I need help and understanding. For quite sometime now I've been constantly urinating without pain, difficulty, smell or anything, just constant pee. Though I consume alot of water but i have never pee this frequent.I have also been having pains in my stomach at any time of the day. Sometimes the pain is from morning till evening, sometimes mild and sometimes unbearable. Sometimes a part of my stomach and other times all over my stomach. I'm afraid and am yet to see a doctor. Thanks.

Hi.  I was trying to follow your post.  At first I thought you didn't have pain, smell or itch when urinating (which is normal,  that's what you want).  But you may be saying that you DO have pain when urinating.  Urination includes our bladder and a bladder infection is pretty noticeable pain upon going.  We have a frequent urge but trouble eliminating the urine and as the stream comes to an end, wow, it hurts.  Very noticeable.  But we also have kidneys which can have infection and also hurt.  Infections are treatable with antibiotics and the good news regarding antibiotics is that they work really fast in terms of our feeling better (although you must always take the full course prescribed even if you feel better already).  Otherwise, I'm not sure what to tell you.  ulcers cause pain.  IBS and constipation also can cause stomach pain and people can have this constipation even when they have bm's on a regular basis.  Anyway, it is hard to know what is going on just from your description here so your best bet is to get seen.  Don't be afraid.  It is likely something common and easy to treat.  Don't suffer any longer and go for the visit that could make you feel better sooner rather than later.  good luck
