feeling weak and achy on and off

For the last few months I have been having days of feeling really achy and exhausted to the point where I feel so bad I want to cry but can't even do that as I am so weak. I have also been getting more frequent headaches and gaining weight. I often feel dizzy and sick and feel that I need to go back to bed to recover. Please help, I really would like so information as it's effecting my day to day life.

You need to go see a doctor so you can have a proper physical examination and blood tests and whatnot can be run.  Best wishes!
