Could I be pregnant or have PCOS

I have been trying to conceive since September. Ever since then my periods have been acting weird and irregular...
Last year on October I missed my period for two and half months. Then I got my period... but it was really really heavy! it lasted about five days. I think the first three days were the worst then this past  December I missed it again. I spotted a little like two weeks ago. And then me and my hubby were intimate last night and when he looked at his hand there was blood.
When I went to go clean my self i still had a little more blood coming out... and none since. I had no period...
I just don't know what to think... I mean even since we started trying to conceive this has been happening... can anyone help me...? Please!!
