Missed period

My period is 4 five days late! My cycle is normally 25 days and it's day 28 and still a no show! I'm having a milky white discharge! My breast are kinda tinder when I'm not wearing a bra but nothing too major. It actually feels like my period is on but when I go to check it's white. I'm also constipated (tmi?) and I always feel like butterflies in my stomach!

When you say "It actually feels like my period is on but when I go to check it's white", this may be Thrush.
I suggest because you are having a white discharge from the vagina, that you make an appointment to see your doctor to get checked out.  The doctor may know what this is and treat you straight away or arrange for the nurse to take a swab to be sent to the laboratory for analysis first.

It is too early to say whether you may be pregnant with being 4 days late.  If you have had unprotected sex, then there is a high chance of a pregnancy.  I am not sure how late you need to be to get an accurate reading with a home testing kit, but it should tell you on the packet before you purchase one.  Do make sure that you read the instructions and follow them carefully to get a correct reading.

There are other reasons for late or missed periods and if the pregnancy test is negative then you would be wise to get checked out by your doctor.

For your constipation, make sure that you eat a healthy and well balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.  Drink plenty of water.  2 litres of water a day is usually recommended, more if you sweat a lot.  Cut out processed and junk foods, sugary foods and fizzy drinks.  Eat wholemeal bread instead of white.  Do some form of exercise, walking is fine.  This will help to get your bowels moving.  When you eat fibre rich foods, you also need to drink plenty of fluids.

Tell your doctor about you constipation, as he may prescribe stool softening gels for you to drink to help.  Laxatives are OK for short term use.

Best wishes.

Hi there.  welcome.  Well, there is a really good chance you are just late and about to start your period.  Try not to worry or stress.  Butterflies in your stomach are unrelated as it would be beyond too early to feel anything like the baby moving.  :>)  I felt my first baby move when I was 20 weeks pregnant!  things like nausea and such start at around 6 to 7 weeks for the average woman.  The reason why symptoms usually don't show up right away is that it takes a little bit of time for the hormones that cause them (hormones from the pregnancy) to accumulate enough.

so, I wouldn't correlate symptoms to a pregnancy just yet.

If you had unprotected sex or sex where your contraception may have failed, you can take a home pregnancy test now as it is past when your period is due.  If it is negative, then I'd feel confident you are just having an off month and a bit longer cycle than usual.  good luck
