My Fiance was diagnosed as sterile but Could I still be Pregnant?

Okay, So i think that I might still be pregnant, but my Home tests keep saying im NOT. The other thing is, 3 years ago the drs told my fiance that he was sterile, so we cant understand why this is happening. I shouldve gotten my period February 23rd, it's now Feb 26th, and still no signs of my period. I have been having cravings for only Ramon Noodle Soup, everything I eat taste salty to me, and My breast are very tendor and perkier than ever, as well as my nipple being pronounced and they are inverted usually...About a year ago, I misscarried at 4 months and The same thing happened, every home test i took it came out a negative, and sure enough I was pregnant. Now, Again, I took two Pregnancy tests, and one just about a half hour ago and it said im not pregnant..I didnt take the first urine i had though..it was my second of the day. OMG this is stressing us out, Could I Be pregnant or not? SOMEONE HELP ME!

When you got pregnant last year,  was it with the same boyfriend,  or was it a different man?  If it was the same guy,  he's definitely not sterile and you could be pregnant.

If this is a new boyfriend,  how sure are you that he interpreted the doc correctly?  Was he told he has a low sperm count?  That's not "sterile" technically.

Best wishes.  Test with first morning urine next time,  it works better.
