If they are definitely contractions, then you must be pregnant and in labor. Have you ever seen that show "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant" about women who gave birth and didn't know they were pregnant right up til that time? Some give birth into the toilet because they mistake giving birth for a bowel movement. If you aren't pregnant, you should probably see a doctor to see why you are having pains/sensations which seem to be contractions. So, either way... time to see a doctor.
