discharge

Hello!
I am going to go in some detail of problems Ive been having the last few weeks. I can't get into the dr til next week.
Last first day of period I had was Feb 8th, lasted 5 days. No sex. Got on Depo March 3rd, expected period March 8th but due to depo it prob stopped that. Had unprotected sex w my guy March 6th through 17th.  March 20th for about 3 weeks I had frequency urine urges constantly had to pee, had left abdomen pain, pelvic pain, lower back pain. I seen my dr, took a urine sample thinking bladder or uti infection,  she said i don't have an infection.  3 days later i notice my left nipple having white milky discharge (and i forgot to mention my nipple has been burning-ish?). I decided to go to the er, they run another urine test and blood work not pregnant but have a uti (last saturday (10 days ago). I was put on antibiotics .2 days later my dr wanted me to do another urine sample but she said no uti....  2 days after that she asked me to get the "prolactin" test, came back same day and normal.. a few days later nipple discharge again. Yesterday i noticed brownish tissue in the toilet after peeing. Today it was brownish discharge when i wiped a few times. Can that mean my "infection " the hosp said I had (uti) is ending? The meds working?  Or can it be something else? I still have pelvic pain and feel bloated, even some nipple burning. idk if i should wait til next wk if its not my antibiotics for the uti doing it. I did call and talk to the nurse and she said my dr wasn't in to get any info.  I'm worried about my lower parts if anything.

Thank you!!
