Good luck.  I'd leave off the painkillers and just try the Advil.

I already take a lot of painkillers for other things but they take ages to kick in I was just looking for something natural like herbs or yoga or something but thanks anyways

The thing about ibuprophen is that it is not a painkiller per se, in other words, not an opiate.  It is an antiprostaglandin.  What they do is relieve muscle cramping, which is what menstrual cramps are.  I'd go with ibuprophen over painkillers any day, it works well.

Try Advil or Nuprin.

I can't have them the amount of things I have to take along with that would give me an overdose
Why would you need to take anything along with Advil?  It is so safe it is sold over the counter like aspirin.  Are you taking a lot of other drugs for something else?  Even so, it's unusual for ibuprophen (Advil or Nuprin's generic name) to be contra-indicated with other medications.  In fact, it is often prescribed with other things. Ibuprophen is an anti-prostaglandin and relieves muscle cramping. It only takes one or two (standard dose) to relieve menstrual cramps.  In your shoes, I'd call my doctor to confirm but there should be no trouble taking Advil.
I am concerned about your word "overdose," which is rarely or never used in relation to ibuprophen.  I was not talking about codeine or painkillers
