No hormones

I am a 45 year old female.  I had a total hysterectomy when I was bout 32.  I am unable to take any mormone replacement therapy.  Every time I try to take it, endometriosis comes back in other areas.  As you can probably guess, I have absolutley no interest in sex (not just a low labido).  I love my husband very much and still find him extremely attractive.  However, there is just no desire.  It's like being six years old again.  Any suggestions?

How does he feel about this?  If it has been 13 years and he is still around, you must have come to terms with it in *some* way ... hands?  mouth?  I realize he would know that you are not interested and doing it only to please him, but still, he might be OK with that rather than having no sex at all.
