Not sure what to think

Okay so I don't know if this is normal... the little bumps around the main part of my nipples have this white pimple like subtance that come out of them when squeezed on like a pimple. Is this normal? what is it?

i am not pregnant but this has been hapining for years

Are you pregnant?

These sound like montgomery's tubercles.  Basically they are sebaceous glands that excrete a fluid that helps protect the area and discourages bacterial growth.  They get more pronounced when you are pregnancy and lactating.
