Odd sensation

** May not make sense, however here goes.

At night when I lay down, I feel weird! Symptoms are as follows,

-  Anxiety when falling asleep
- Tightening through arms and chest
- Arrhythmia at times
- Low blood pressure
- I was startled like my blood is going to stop circulating
- jolt out of bed feeling like I am going to faint, this causes my heart to race,

I am awaiting an Angiogram, my cardiologist swears I am fine, but want this test to rule out the Ischemia found on my Mibi test.
I am scared and cannot sleep
