Vigina coldsore

I am 13 years old and I have all ready started my period. Last night I had my regular cycle so I did my thing I went to the bathroom and when I peed my left inner vagina lip hurt alot. So when I was done I checked it out and it looked like a big open cold sore there was no bump or any thing. I am not sexually active I don't kiss people or do any of that stuff and I have NEVER had a boy friend before. I'm kinda freaking out because I think it is something absolutely horrible. And I am also a virgin it's kind of embarrassing to tell my parents so I thought I could try this. Please help me it would mean a lot

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be a boil or a cyst. Boils are caused by infection of the hair follicle by staph aureus. . Hair follicles that are blocked by greasy creams, petroleum jelly, or similar products are more vulnerable to infection. Bacterial skin infections can be spread by shared cosmetics or washcloths, close human contact, or by contact with pus from a boil or carbuncle. Treatment includes antibiotics and incision and drainage and do not touch or pick them up.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
