18 days over due today i spotted
Hi please advise i'm 18 days over due went to the Dr 2 weeks back i TESTED NEGATIVE, HE SAID MUST COMEBACK AFTER 2 WEEKS BUT TODAY ON THE 18TH DAY I SPOTTED BUT IT VANISHED, WHATS HAPPENING?

I'd wait today and then tomorrow and if still no bleeding, go back to the doctor. Did he have any other suggestions as to what may be going on? Keep us posted and good luck :)

Spotting is common in pregnancy, so it could be from that. Or it could infact be AF getting ready to appear. Only way to know for sure is to take another test..preferably with first morning urine and that should give you an accurate answer. If it comes back negative and still no AF I would suggest going back to docs to discuss what else could be wrong.
