MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Post partum bleeding or lochia persists for around 6 weeks and then decreases gradually. If you are having bright red bleeding after 7 weeks of delivery also then it needs evaluation and an ultrasound and pelvic examination is needed. You doctor may start with oral contraceptive pills to regulate the bleeding.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

You need to call and report this and see what they say.  You could get very anemic and not have any energy at all, have brain fog from lack of oxygen to the brain from anemia.
