I went thru this in 30's. It is a muscle in vagina & just like men get blue balls from, arousal & no release, so women feel similar thing. That's my common sense answer. Look at our physiology ... It makes sense,
I'm 18 and not sexually active. I have the same problem, when I get aroused it hurts and there is pain on my butt too. It's super strange, I hate it so much! Wtf it sucks to force yourself not to be aroused because it's painful to be.
I have this same thing. It is an achy, and stabbing sensation as though my body is struggling to lubricate. I am 29, and I have never had an orgasm, so the only thing that helps is ceasing sexual activity. Do any of you have other circulatory problems? Like a family history of hemorrhoids? I would really like to figure this out. It only happens about half the time my husband and I are having sex, but it's enough to be extremely frustrating!
Sharp pain in my lower abdomen and vaginal area. I spoke to my doctor and she mentioned that sometimes your cervix might be very low and that might cause pulling of the muscles. She recommended cagels vaginal excecise or a pesary in extreme cases.
I'm 21, a virgin and and have never experienced this up until this following weekend. I'm currently getting Depo Provera shots due to iron efficiency and nearing my next injection. I have had self-induced orgasms before, but the arousal that comes from the desire beforehand has never caused any sort of discomfort. However, when the arousal is stimulated from my boyfriend this time around, there is a sort of pressure along my lower left abdomen, right above my inner thigh. This was caused by foreplay and never occurred again unless I was aroused later on. I have had on and off cramps as well despite not being anywhere near my cycle. Not excruciating, but rather uncomfortable. I don't have any sort of vaginal pain, even sensual foreplay wasn't painful within the vaginal region, only in my lower abdomen before and after. I decided to see if having a self-induced orgasm may help, but no luck. There is still a sort of pressure. Should I have this checked out?
So here I am researching my vaginal pain and I'm glad to know I'm not the only one even though this whole thing *****!! This happened during my last trimester and after my pregnancy, every time I get aroused deep within my vagina would start paining and as I climax it gets worse. It feel like all the muscles are cramping and pushing towards my opening, sometimes it sends a sharp pain to my anus. I don't think that it is normal and I have no idea what to do beside calling my DR. It's been 2 1/2 yrs!
Now that I read your updated response about the varicose veins I do believe that's true because I have a few on my legs. I'll take your advice and go see my DR. when I'm having one these pains. Thanks for the help!
