Hi!How intense is the pain?I have been getting pain in my shoulder blades for the last two months as a part of my pms. However the pain is mild and comes on and off for around 2-3 days.I heard pain in shoulder blades can also symbolise an ectopic pregnancy.Be sure you are not pregnant.

Ulcers sometimes can cause pain under the shoulder blades.  Other areas of concern can be liver or pancreas too.  Do you have any other symptoms?  Any changes in appetite?
