Pain, discharge, swollen

I am a 23 year old woman and am in need of a little help or advice. I have been taking birth control since I was 16. At the moment I'm taking tri-sprintec. For the last year or more I have had a lot of vaginal discharge. At my last pap a year ago the doctor said I have more discharge than normal but found nothing else wrong. The discharge is thin sometimes slimey and has a yellow tint to it. For the past couple of months sex has been painful and I swell afterward. The right side of my vagina tripled in size and looked like a balloon. I was very red and it hurt too bad to sit. I have had this problem in the past and thought maybe it was my birth control. I noticed that the pills switched to a different size and shortly after my discomfort went away. The pills have not noticeably changed this time, however. I also spot after sex most of the time. I have never swollen this bad before and am concerned for my health. I have virtually no sex drive which I would like to blame on the pill as well. I was nauseated and dizzy after sex thelast time...maybe from the pain? I'm going for another pap tomorrow but would like other opinions. Thanks!

I forgot to mention, I am married and have had the same sexual partner for over three years. Std is very unlikely.
