Pelvic ultrasound

Is it possible that a pelvic ultrasound can miss a pregnancy?
done transabdominaly by a radiologist. Not sure if full or empty bladder

If pregnant it would be 15 weeks.

The report

1)uterus was normal in size shape and echotexture

2) endometrium echoline in midpart measuring 6mm

-both ovaries mildly enlarged with follicles

- no free fluid or follicular cyst & no solid mass lesion

no fibroid mass
Bladder is normal
