TTC after Mirena???

My doctor seems to think I should have no problems conceiving since I ovulated while on Mirena..... So my husband 30 and myself 25 are trying for a 3rd and month 3.... no luck!  Once I started looking into it, many women have had similar issues and I am starting to fear the worst. ANY advice would be great.... stories..... or opinions.  My husband will be deploying for a year in May and our hope was to not have to wait a whole year to conceive... we have a 4 and 6 year old.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Fertility returns soon after removal of Mirena but it is advisable to wait for one normal menstrual cycle to return before trying for conception.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
