Hi am only 13 and wanted some help on my periods, i was really light but now i am heavy , i need to change my pad evrey hour i dnt wan o talk to my mum about it i want youy guys to help me xx
You should talk to your mum about this - she had been through it, she is a girl after all. At least see your doctor, changing your pad every hour at age 13 seems unusual.

its normal. if you notice that after a while its still not right
then you should seek a doctors advice.
