I feel your pain, I started having symptoms (itchy, burning, bumps) about November I even had some swelling. DR checked me for STDS everything came back negative. She examined me and said she could see a white chunky extract a sign of yeast infections she prescribed me that one oral pill flucanzole. The swelling went down for a couple weeks and even some bumps went away. Unfortunately, it never went away completely when I started my period I was as clean as I possibly could be and changed my diet and wardrobe but it made it worse! Now I have all the symptoms again and it's now towards the end of march with no improvement I'm  going yeast crazy. I've tried everything cut fruit added yogurt, no alcohol, no coffee, as Lil sugar possible, I'm trying to be as healthy possible in all aspects and nothing has helped!!!! It's very important to women to be ok especially down there so if ur helped help me out!

Could also be just vaginitis especially if it is going away on its own. Vagisil wouldn't hurt.

Okay. Yeast is harmless, unless it's annoying--in which case, treat it. Jeez, if you have to *check* for it, and aren't even sure if you have it, then why are you so worried? My feeling is, unless it's itching and driving you crazy, leave it alone and stop thinking about it. What you're experiencing is probably your normal discharge and possibly (probably) irritation from your constant checking. If you can't stop, talk to your doctor about medication to help you control your anxiety and the checking/worrying.
