I'm 34yrs old my tubes have been tied for 13yrs recently my breast are tender and leaking clear liquid with weight gain is this something to be concerned about
Do you mean 'could you be pregnant?', if so, those are definitely symptoms but you would need to do a pregnancy test to know.
It sounds like a hormonal problem, possibly thyroid. I'm no Dr though so I would talk to your Dr.
