It;s good that you have sex on your fertile days but if you're really trying to conceive you should take folic acid, minerals and vitamins to support your pregnancy as you have miscarried before.

Any obgyn is going to recommend that you track both your cervical mucus and your bbts.  Are you getting egg white mucus?  When you do, have sex every other day for six days.  You should also read Taking Charge of Your Fertility, it is a great book.  Make sure you aren't taking antihistamines or cold meds either, as they can interfere with your cervical mucus.  Do that for six mont)//s, and if you aren't pregnant, then see your obgyn.  Good luck!   It took us a year of ttcing for our oldest (four cycles after I learned of this method), and three months to ttc our second with this method.

Hi,
Have you only been trying for one month?  It make take more than that, you just have to keep trying and trying, on all those fertile days!  Before, after, every day lol!  If you don't conceive within a couple months, then a trip to the obgyn just to make sure all is well might be a good idea.  I wish you luck in trying to conceive :)
