Please someone help me ease my mind

Hey I'd really appreciate if someone would help me ease my mind, sorry in advance if tmi! My boyfriend and I don't and have never had actual intercourse but he does finger me occasionally. The last time he did I was ovulating and since then I've been sooo stressed out about being pregnant. We are really careful and he always washes his hands first and we always do me first before I touch him but I'm still freaking out. I'm currently 3 days late for my period I hope only because I'm stressing out so much. Do I have any chance of pregnancy, say if he'd slipped up and accidentally got pre-*** on his fingers and then fingered me? I'm just really scared and I should know better than to be :/ I've got tender nipples like I normally do before AF but no sign of AF. My cervix is also high and a bit soft but I know I get that before AF. The thing is I have a stuffy nose and headache for the past few days and a higher than normal temperature which is just freaking me out more because I know these can be pregnancy symptoms (yes I've read up too much about this I know). Please help! Thank you.

Today when I checked my cervix, I'm having a reddish/brown discharge but not enough to reach  my pantyliner. Is this my period starting, it's been like this since last night, however the discharge has got redder. I have very very mild cramps which is unusual for me since I usually get full blown really painful ones. I'm still really worried, as now I don't ever remember getting this discharge before my period!

u r taking too much tension thts probably delaying ur periods...n in ur case chances r very very very low...sperms in such a low amount hardly reach the ovum ...out of billions of sperms in the ejaculate only 1 reaches the ovum safely others r killed so relax ur case is v safe but b careful next time n relax...regards

You are most likely not pregnant based on what you have described. If you are super worried take a test. The thing is, if you are stressing out like this already, you may want to put other precautions in place in the future so that you never have to worry again. Late periods are very common and stress can make them late too. Good luck!

i believe once the precum hits the air the sperm dies. if he hasnt actually gone inside with his you know what. then you should be okay. im not 100% this is just what i heard.
