Pregnancy help

My boyfriend and I have not used protection once. He has come inside me every time. We have been trying to get pregnant for three plus months. I have taken quite a few pregnancy tests but they all come out negative. We make love every day. After sex I always pee, all the semen comes out. and even when I do not pee it all comes out. What should I do different? Please help!

Well first of all, I'd recommend if your trying to get pregnant, to stop peeing right after sex and to elevate your hips up after sex for a few minutes. Also do you know when you are ovulating? You can tell by a few methods.. You can observe the cervical mucus (discharge) everyday and when your ovulating it will look like egg whites. You can take your basal temp every morning and when you ovulate it will raise 0.4-0.8 higher at ovulation. You can also purchase ovulations strips that you urinate on every day and it will tell you when your ovulating. Hope this helps!
