Pregnancy problems

I suffered a miscarriage last November that required a D&C to terminate the pregnancy b/c it wasn't doing it on its own.  In Aug. I discovered I am preg. again.  I am TERRIFIED by every pain and discomfortort that we are going through the same thing again.  After my D&C I would have sever pain from my groin that would radiate down my legs but hurt mostly above the knee and ankle bones on my left side during my periode, now its all the time.  It bothers me mostly when I sit on lay down and my hip or buttocks hurt when I walk or move the joint..  I have gone to the doctor several times and have been dismissed as an anxiety disorder since I have struggled with that off and one all my life but it hit hard after the surgery in November.  I can't seem to get the doctors to listen.  This morning I coughed up some blood flecks in phlegm.  It wasn only two drops but enough to have me worried.  I live in a very small town with limited access to a OB/gyn which you can't see unless the family doctor orders it.

It was only two little specks.  There is an emerg room but they see me as anxiety driven so don't take me really seriously.  Figure it may be from vomiting or dryness in the air.  Winter is heading our way.

If you are coughing up a significant amount of blood, is there an Emergency Room you can visit to get thoroughly checked out?
