Am I pregnant?

Hey I need some help please,
On the 12th of January me and my partner had sex, then on the 14th I had blood spotting but then it got heavy so I assumed it was a two week early period. Then on the 4th of February I lightly bleed bright red for four days and then it stopped. I've been constantly tired/exhausted, my stomach is very bloated and I've been extra hungry for example eating all my dinner whereas I usually leave some. I use to drink fresh orange juice daily but now I can't stand it. I  did a pregnancy four weeks back and it was negative but I've been told it could have been too early to tell! Just looking for any advice as I'm waiting until next week to see if anything happens
Thank you

Yes I thought it was my period but it was very bright which scared me so I showed my mum and she said it wasn't like a period but I'm going to do a test on Monday to be safe and if its negative I think it will be best to seek medical advice.
Thankyou

You could take another test to see.  At the very least, it is something hormonal since you got your period twice in a four-week time frame and should probably be examined by a gynecologist if you still get a negative test result.
