Pregnant or BCP side effects

Maybe someone may know...  I recently switched from the Ortho Patch to a new low dose 24 day bcp.  I have recently begun noticing several symptoms that were not present before I switched.  To complicate matters I was recently married and fell ill right after the wedding about 2 months ago and was put on an antibiotic.  I was told that there were no bcp interaction by the pharmasist.  Since then I have gained approx 15 lbs and am having trouble fitting into clothes I wore when I was 20 lbs heavier than I am now.  I am also tired all the time, have no drive and my breasts have grown almost half a cup size. I have not missed a period and have had spotting for the past three months.  Is this normal for low-dose bc or should I take a pregnancy test?
Thank you for your help!

if your bcp contains potassium, such as yazmin or "yaz" your breasts will grow, and weight gain is also very common with the pill, but to ease you mind take a test

ps..i got pregnant on that bcp so i dont recomend it.
