Pregnant or stress or something?!

Earlier this month my ex and i had sex but he didn't *** in me. I didn't think anything of it, a few days before i was supposed to get period my breasts started to become tender (which is normal for me right before my period). But now, 5 days later, i still haven't gotten it and my breasts are still tender.
But i have just started a new job, and have been having trouble sleeping and have been in stressful situations in the past month. Could this be effecting me so much that i haven't gotten my period or am i pregnant?

You might be stressed, it has happened to me too, if you are worried maybe you should invest in a pregnancy test just to give you a right answer. Even the smallest amount of stress can cause your period to be irregular but, the pregnancy test might be your best bet!
