Pregnant

I found out that I am pregnant just a couple days ago, I am still excersing like I normally do, cardio, sprint running, weight lifting....when should I slow down a little, and what excersises should I consider doing to not hurt my unborn child?

any amount of cardio should be fine. you sound like a health-consencsious woman....
