Pubic bone lump

About a week ago I found what i originally thought to be a lump below my gerneral pubic bone area very close to the start of me leg. It's hard and doesnt move however its not typical rounded lump it's longer I guess. It's hard to explain. it's not a major concern I dont think although it is painful to touch. I worry i'm being over dramatic or something but it is there and I cant help but be somewhat concerned. Is this worth seeing a doctor about. I'm not sure what to do.

You should probably get it looked at just to be sure.

I noticed the same thing in the past and when the doctor checked it out it was a swollen lymphnode since there is one on either side.  This may especially be true if you are thin since it makes lymphnodes easier to feel.

It wouldn't hurt to have a doctor look at it.
