Can you get pregnant when you have sex the day your period is over?

Yes, that is not a bad day to get pregnant. Say you have a 5-day flow. Sperm can live for up to 5 more days. That puts you at day 10 of your cycle, and a lot of women can ovulate at day 10. (My sister ovulates as early as day 8.)
