Question related to Endometriosis or OVCancer?

I had previously posted this in another place so here goes...I am a 35 year mom of 2 boys. For several years (6+) I have nausea quite frequently and abdominal/low pelvic pain....I have had numerous GI test done and the test all came out negative...Since then the pain has gotten worse, especially during menstruation, my obgyn sent me to a urologist, he said everything was fine with my bladder and kidneys and all, he did say my ovaries looked clear of any cancer,  BUT can he see my ovaries by doing an exam where he puts a light up in you to see????, I went back to my obgyn and he sent me to have a transvaginal ultrasound and everything appeared normal on it...He has scheduled me for a laparoscopy surgery on Monday the 8th of October, he mentioned it maybe endometriosis, but being the worrier I am I look up stuff on this computer and it mimics ovarian cancer. I am terrified of that...Anyone else had these issues? I will know after surgery on Monday what he finds but until then I will worry myself into a frizzy!
What are the symptoms others have experienced with Endometriosis and / or ovarian cancer? Any help will be greatly appreciated..Thanks and God Bless...Worried Here

i kinda wondered about the tubal because after my tubal 3 years ago following the birth of my 4th, i began to have really strange symptoms. some that were like menopause type, hot flashes, severe mood swings, periods changed, stomach problems and pain in my stomach near the incision and low pelvic pain. my regular gyn said it was medically impossible to be experiencing these things but when i got a 2nd opinion from a specialist, I was shocked when he began to describe some of the "strange" pains I had been having. he said sometimes from the tubal women begin to experience these symptoms but most doctors do not acknowledge them. I would have alot of discomfort after intercourse, in my low stomach and it would bother me for hours sometimes. anyway, that was some of my problems. before i made it to this dr. my previous gyn had even ordered ultrasounds to check out my gall bladder, that is what he thought it might be. Just a thought for you.

I can't really say I've had nausea but I have had the low pelvic pain for a long time and finally had a hysterectomy in June of this year. the dr. told me afterwards that the pathology confirmed endometriosis and andenymiosis (he said it is a cousin to the endo). My endo looked "old" he said and not active so he thought more of my pain was caused from the andenymiosis (same type of symptoms and a swollen uterus) and the prolapsed uterus. When i had the hysterectomy, the dr. did laprascopy with it and he said he was able to clearly see that my ovaries were fine. I'm 34 and at my age there was no reason to take the ovaries if they were healthy. can i ask if you have had a tubal after the birth of your second son?
