Question

I was wondering if it's true if after you have unprotected sex and lay on your back from 30mins if it helps to get pregnant, thank you for your time.

It can't hurt, but it's not necessary. The sperm should be at the cervix anyway and the heartiest ones will be on their way no matter what, even if you hop right up and pee or take a shower. But if it makes you feel better to make the extra effort, go ahead and prop yourself up and hang out as long as you want!

thats what i do when im ttc, and i put my legs in the air too (dont know if that helps, but it explains the foot prints on my headboard lol)

when I was trying to get pregnant after sex I would prop 2 pillows under my butt to help move the sperm towards the egg. ( I got pregnant the first month I did that, I lost that baby and 2 months later I got pregnant again)

Yes, I have heard that women ttc lay on their backs and sometimes hold their legs up in the air to try and keep the sperm from coming out. But I'm not sure how much it actually works.
