Reaction to alcohol?
Hi, I am 25 and have noticed that the last few times I have gone on a night out I have not been able to have more than two alcoholic drinks. After drinking only two I feel extremely full/bloated and as a result nauseous. This has happened three out of five times I have been out. I am not an any new medication but have noticed that it has been happening a week before my period is due. Is this just a coincidence?
Do you eat before you go out to drink? cause a lot of people feel like that if their stomach is empty before they drink...
