Red, very itchy, zit like bumps on vagina?

I have noticed for the past week or so ive had these red itchy bumps on my vagina. Today i looked and saw that they got much worse but are on my bikini line and very densly populated right where the opening of my vagina starts. I lost my virginity about 4 weeks ago and started noticeing the dots about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I think it could be just very bad reaction to soap or razor rash , or yeast infection i need to know what it is. I am open to send a picture to see if anyone can identify it for me.

You should go to the dr!!! Yeast normally doesn't cause red bumps!! I know personally cuz I've been fighting a bad yeast infection for atleast 5 months!! Now it could be in grown hairs, do you shave? I urge you to do to the dr!! Red bumps is not a good sign!!
